Gone but never forgotten. Kamel El Adad’s family honored their late co-star Moustafa Darwish by not replacing his character on the show and incorporating his death into the first episode.
Darwish who had tragically passed away from a sudden cardiac arrest, last year on May 1st, 2023, was part of Kamel El Adad and played the role of Omar, Dina El-Sherbiny’s ex-husband.
The series makers paid their respects by including a picture frame of the actor in the first few minutes of the first episode.
During the teaser promo, Badra also appeared, hugging her twin daughters and looking with great sadness and longing at a picture that brings her together with the character of her husband, “Omar,” who was played by Moustafa Darwish during the part of the show.
