Moving to the rumors on Egyptian Nationality for 10k! Sherif Sami Aguib, Deputy Executive Director of the Naturalization Applications Examination Unit of the Egyptian Prime Minister’s Office, confirmed that there is no truth to the news that Egyptian citizenship is available for $10,000.
Egypt.. A government official reveals the truth about information regarding granting Egyptian citizenship in exchange for 10 thousand dollars and clarifies the details. Egyptian artist Mohamed Henedy obtains Saudi citizenship.
During a telephone interview with the “Al-Hekaya” program, Sherif Sami Aguib explained that the amount of ten thousand dollars is a non-refundable administrative fee, which is paid when submitting an application for citizenship.
Aguib pointed out that there are various programs for obtaining citizenship, such as the $200, $250, and $300,000 program, in addition to a program that includes establishing a company or participating in an existing company, with a capital of $350,000 (minimum) and paying $100,000 to the state.
