New Hospital in Sheikh Zuweid, North Sinai to Aid Wounded Palestinians

The Ministry of Health and Population just announced its collaboration with the North Sinai Governorate to build a field hospital to receive wounded Palestinians through the Rafah Border.

Sources confirmed to Al Masry El-Youm that the hospital will be located behind El Sheikh Zuweid General Hospital. They also added that the hospital will house 300 beds to aid Palestinian patients upon arriving in Egypt.

Additionally, the medical team will also consist of different specializations in order to better prepare the hospital.

It will also be capable of accommodating large numbers of wounded if the injured are allowed to enter from the Gaza Strip to receive treatment in Egypt, and it will be provided with the necessary medical teams.
