The Lovin Cairo Show: New Minimum Wage And Bonuses For Private Sector

This decision was issued on October 26, 2023. Additionally, the Council has approved the annual periodic bonus for private sector employees, which must not be less than 3% of the social insurance subscription wage. There is also a minimum threshold of 200 Egyptian pounds, representing a 100% increase compared to the previous year when the minimum annual periodic bonus for 2023 was set at 100 Egyptian pounds.
