Amid the sugar crisis in Egypt, the Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, Dr. Ali Al-Moselhi, has given merchants a ten-day deadline to adjust prices. He also warns that if market instability continues, the Council of Ministers may intervene in pricing.

Moving to the extension of the truce in Gaza for one more day, just minutes before it was set to end. Egypt is intensifying its efforts with the aim of reaching a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and providing humanitarian aid.

In light of these efforts, Mrs. Intisar Al-Sisi visited Palestinian children at the Administrative Capital Hospital on the Day of Solidarity with Palestine, expressing Egypt’s unwavering support for Palestine.

Last but not least, the Ministry of Tourism opened the Great Atrium Hall in the Grand Egyptian Museum, a trial opening before the official opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The administration of the Grand Egyptian Museum allows visitors to the “Foyer” hall starting next Saturday; this hall includes 60 statues of the kings of ancient Egypt. Among them are statues of King Senusret I, which include (10) statues, and express the stage of his youth as he sat on the throne.
