This 14 Year Old Athlete Won The Award For Best Player In The World Championship For Muai Thai

Sama Ibrahim, a player on the Egyptian national Muay Thai team, totally rocked it by snagging the title of “Best Athlete” at the World Muay Thai Championship for Juniors and Youth in Turkey. She totally owned the competition in the under-14 category, which took place from September 29th to October 8th this year.

Team Egypt as a whole did pretty darn well, scoring a total of 8 medals – 3 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze. They basically brought home a medal rainbow!

And you know what’s cool? The head honcho of the Egyptian Muay Thai Union, Mohammed Ibrahim, gave a big thumbs up to the Egyptian squad for their awesome performance. They had to face some seriously tough competition from other countries in this world championship. Go Team Egypt!
