Tul8te Is Threatening Legal Action Against Pyramids FC For Using His Song And Style

Manar Eissa

The masked singer “Tul8te” has voiced his strong discontent with Egypt’s Pyramids Sports Club, even threatening to take legal action against the football club. But what exactly triggered this intense reaction from him?

The controversy began when “Tul8te” noticed that the Pyramids Sports Club had used a distinctive “mask” element in one of their social media posts, a signature that has become synonymous with his persona. The post in question, shared by the sports club to announce their latest signing of player Abdel Rahman Magdy, not only incorporated the mask trick closely associated with “Tul8te” but also featured one of his popular songs in a reel including the announcement.

Legal Threat

Outraged by what he saw as an unpermitted use of his artistic identity and music, “Tul8te” took to Instagram to express his frustration. He shared a screenshot of the Pyramids Club post on his Instagram story, bluntly asking, “Who gave you permission to do this?” He went on to issue a firm warning, stating, “I will take legal action if these pictures and content are not removed immediately.”

Adding to the drama, “Tul8te” made it clear where his loyalties lie, reiterating his allegiance to Al-Ahly Sports Club, one of Pyramids Club’s rivals. He declared, “Al-Ahly is above all,” emphasizing his deep connection with the team and distancing himself from any association with Pyramids.
