Unemployment Rate In Egypt Falls to 7.2% With The Ratio Of Men Exceeding The Women’s

Egypt’s unemployment rate fell by 0.2% to reach 7.2%

 

According to Capmas, Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, Egypt’s unemployment rate has downsized during the fourth quarter of 2022.

The data shows that the bigger share belongs to men with 1.19 million one of them unemployed and 991,000 women.

62% of unemployed Egyptians are in the 15 to 29 age group, while 37% aged between 30 to 64years old.
