Facebook and YouTube Cut Off DMC’s Live Broadcast With Wael Al-Dahdouh

Egyptian Journalist and Host Osama Kamal announced on his DMC show “Masaa” that the live stream on Facebook and YouTube was cut abruptly during his interview with the Palestinian Journalist Wael Al Dahdouh.

Osama was interviewing Al Dahdouh after tragically losing his son, Hamza, after a targeted Israeli attack on his media vehicle.

Al Dahdouh told DMC before being cut off “I lost my firstborn, Hamza, and we only say we belong to God and him we shall return. And what God has written we must accept, be satisfied with, and surrender to.”

Wael had also tragically lost his wife, a son, a daughter, and a grandson since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza.

They were killed in an Israeli strike in Nuseirat refugee camp in October.

He also explained how the intentional targeting of journalists has become clear, and that Israel considers Palestinian journalists as terrorist journalists to justify their slaughter.

He pointed out that “Targeting is a message of pressure so that we do not carry out our mission, and this will never stop us because we are carrying out a noble humanitarian mission.”

During the episode, Kamal announced that “Facebook and YouTube cut off the live broadcast of Masaa DMC program while speaking with Palestinian journalist Wael al-Dahdouh, who was talking about the death of his son Hamza, and the broadcast was also cut off from the channel.”
