This Girl Complained About Mothers Bringing Kids to Taraweeh…And The Internet Went Wild

“Cancel kids in Taraweeh or teach them to behave,” A girl sparked a heated online debate after taking to social media to complain about kids talking during Taraweeh prayers.

In her post, she expressed frustration over children whispering, laughing, playing, and even watching videos during prayer, saying it made it impossible for her to concentrate. She clarified that she was not referring to kids who say a few words here and there, but those who keep talking throughout the entire prayer, disturbing everyone around them.

She even shared that she spoke to one of the mothers at the mosque, explaining that she couldn’t focus because of the constant chatter. According to her, the mother denied that her children were disruptive and said they only spoke during the last prayer. The girl disagreed, insisting the noise was continuous and saying no apology was offered.

And that’s when things escalated.

Many disagreed with her, insisting that it’s important for kids to attend mosques, create memories, and learn from a young age. Some argued that the mosque is exactly where children should be to build spiritual habits and feel connected to their faith.

Others, however, supported her frustration, saying Taraweeh is a time for reflection and focus, and constant noise can disrupt the spiritual atmosphere for worshippers.

The conversation quickly turned into a full-on debate about balance — between raising children within religious spaces and maintaining a peaceful environment for prayer.

One thing is clear: this discussion struck a nerve, and everyone seems to have an opinion.
