Train Collision in Zagazig

Yesterday, the normally bustling city of Zagazig was shaken by a tragic incident when two passenger trains collided. This lead to a heartbreaking loss of life and numerous injuries. The Health Ministry reported that the accident claimed three lives, including two children, while 49 other passengers sustained various injuries.

In the immediate aftermath of the collision, Minister of Industry and Transport, Kamel El-Wazir, along with officials from the Egyptian Railway Authority (ERA), swiftly rushed to the scene.
