The Directorate of Social Solidarity is making sure everyone’s having a blessed Ramadan with charities and NGOs. They’re all about lightening the load for folks and families who need a little extra help. It’s all part of showing love and support during this special time.<\/p>\n
Meals on Wheels: Aswan Edition!<\/strong><\/p>\n Mohamed Youssef, the Director of Social Solidarity in Aswan, shared that up to 8,910 iftar meals are distributed every single day<\/em>! Imagine the deliciousness coming out of those kitchens! And the best part? These meals are being delivered right to the people who need them most. Talk about a community coming together!<\/p>\n But that’s not all…<\/strong><\/p>\n The folks in Aswan are also distributing 4,100 cartons filled with essential food items. These boxes are going to families, widows, and divorced women who could really use a helping hand. It’s all about making sure everyone has enough to eat and can celebrate Ramadan without worrying about where their next meal is coming from. That\u2019s kindness in action right there!<\/p>\n Home Sweet Home<\/strong><\/p>\n And if you thought that was all, think again! Aswan is also focusing on improving living conditions for those in need. They’re taking on the task of restoring, replacing, and renovating 30 houses in targeted villages.
