Tiktoker OneMinMicro has amassed over a million followers by doing just one thing – putting things under a powerful microscope.

After repeated requests he finally put Makkah zamzam water in it and this is what he found.

Here’s some background to the zamzam water. The water is sourced from the zamzam well, which has been gushing forth water for thousands of years in the midst of barren Makkah.

This water holds a special place in Islamic tradition and the well itself is located just 20 meters east of the Kaaba. According to historians, the well dates back at least 4,000 years and is believed to be the miraculous spring that emerged to save Hajar and Ismael, the wife and infant son of Prophet Ibrahim, from dehydration in the barren desert according to the Islamic tradition.
Coming to what he found, first up he found the water to be really clean.

He also discovered that the water has a high mineral concentration particularly of sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

He also assumes that this is the reason why it reportedly has so many health benefits.
