OMG! Shahrukh Khan Will Be In Saudi This November To Shoot His Next Film
In a bid to make Saudi Arabia a prime shooting location for movies from around the world, the Kingdom rolled out a 40% cash rebate programme earlier this year. The country is clearly reaping the benefits of this programme, as several Hollywood movies have been shot here in the past few months.
The newest on the list will not be a Hollywood one, but rather a Bollywood one, and it will have none other than Shahrukh Khan in it.
According to Indian entertainment website Pinkvilla, Khan’s upcoming film “Dunki” will be shot in the kingdom. The shooting for the Saudi leg of the film will begin as soon as next month.
Helmed by ace Bollywood director Rajkumar Hirani, Pinkvilla, quoting an unnamed source, said that this leg of the film was originally set to be shot in Dubai. But that has now been changed to Saudi Arabia.
It’s still not clear where exactly in Saudi Arabia the film will be shot. But the Pinkvilla source has mentioned that it will be a 10 to 12 days shoot.
