Progress Update on the Khalifa Omar bin Al-Khattab Intersection Project

The Eastern Province Municipality has completed 80% of the Khalifa Omar bin Al-Khattab Intersection Project with Imam Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab Road and Prince Muteb Road. This project connects the neighborhoods of Al-Nada, Al-Shu’la, Al-Fakhariyah, and surrounding areas in the west of Dammam.

As part of the comprehensive road and intersection development plan, the project will facilitate smooth traffic flow at the Khalifa Omar bin Al-Khattab Intersection, which stretches from the far west of Dammam to the eastern end.

It should link the neighborhoods of western and eastern Dammam, providing access to Omar bin Al-Khattab Road and a series of U-turns on Imam Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab Road, intersecting with Prince Muteb Road at the beginning, and ultimately connecting to Abu Hadriah Road at its far end.
