Saudi Arabia Evacuates People Of 74 Countries From Sudan

Saudi Arabia, in its remarkable display of hospitality and prowess, orchestrated a grand exodus of not only its own citizens but also citizens from a staggering 62 other nations!

A huge operation that took place on Wednesday saw a total of 1687 individuals being evacuated from Sudan, where fighting between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces continues.

The total number of evacuees as of the latest update was an impressive 2544.

The evacuees are from all over the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Syria, the Netherlands, Iraq, Turkey, Tanzania, Germany, Sweden, and the list goes on.


All who have been evacuated from Sudan have been brought to Jeddah, and the government has facilitated the entry of those without passports or travel documents, as per a report in the Saudi Gazette.

The kingdom with other diplomatic missions in the country to ensure the safe return of all evacuees to their homelands.

Saudi Arabia has really stepped up in this time of crisis and is being widely praised for its efforts.
