جولة الدرعية | Diriyah x @dauinitiative بعض من النتائج Photowalk results تقع الدرعية شمال غرب مدينة الرياض وهي عاصمة الدولة السعودية الأولى. تكمن أهمية الدرعية التاريخية بكونها المرآة الأولى التي قدمت صورة حقيقية حول قوة وشموخ المملكة العربية السعودية، وأنّها نقطة انطلاق للبلاد؛ إذ إنّها العاصمة الأولى للمملكة خلال الفترة الزمنية 1744-1818م، وجاء ذلك أثناء فترة التفكك والتشتت التي عاشتها شبه الجزيرة العربية في مطلع القرن الثامن عشر الميلادي حيث كانت تعمها الفوضى وعدم الاستقرار السياسي. تتميز بعدة مقومات سياحية متنوعة كحي الطريف الذي يضمّ العديد من القصور التي شيّدت في عهد الدولة السعودية الأولى بالإضافة لقصر سلوى, البجيري والعديد من المعالم التاريخية Diriyah is a town in Saudi Arabia located on the north-western outskirts of the Saudi capital, Riyadh. Diriyah was the original home of the Saudi royal family, and served as the capital of the Emirate of Diriyah under the first Saudi dynasty from 1744 to 1818. The old city’s historic structures include: Salwa Palace, At-Turaif neighborhood and Al-Bujairi square and many other touristic attractions.
