Today marks a historical day for Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

From June 24, the driving ban on women has officially been lifted, meaning women can now drive as they please.<\/p>\n

At midnight, ladies hit the streets in droves. Support came in the form of Saudi Police handing out roses and officials including Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal supporting the cause by documenting their journeys too.<\/p>\n

Police are celebrating, if this video of them sharing roses is anything to go by<\/h4>\n
