A highlight was the launch of the ‘Katara Eid Gift’ event, which brought big smiles to children’s faces. This activity saw enthusiastic participation, filling the air with laughter and excitement for everyone present.

Culture remained a significant part of the Eid experience at Katara. The Al Thuraya Planetarium, situated in Building 41, offered fascinating interactive science shows. Visitors embarked on educational and fun trips through space, exploring stars and planets in an experience perfect for the entire family to enjoy together.

Both Katara Beach and the nearby Katara Hills were popular destinations for families during the Eid holiday. The beach attracted many seeking relaxation and enjoyable seaside activities in a secure and orderly setting. Meanwhile, the hills provided serene spots for quiet reflection and appreciating beautiful views of the water and architectural landmarks, proving ideal for capturing memorable photos.
