A Fight Broke Out During The Qatar SC & CS Sfaxien Match In Tunisia

Tensions broke out on the field and in the bleachers during the King Salman Club Cup match between Qatar SC and Tunisian club CS Sfaxien in Tunisia.

Bashar Resan, a midfielder for Qatar SC, got into a fight with a Sfaxien player after being hit with the ball during the second half of the game

After CS Sfaxien supporters lit flares in the stands, there was an immediate tense atmosphere for the Qatar SC players to play in.

Saate’a Al Abbasi, the goalie for Qatar SC, was very close to a flare that went off in the 71st minute of play.

Saate’a Al Abbasi was struck by the flare and collapsed to the ground.

This action sparked a brawl on the pitch and encouraged spectators to throw plastic bottles towards Resan.

The goalkeeper initially collapsed, but he ultimately got up. Medical personnel rushed to help.

Despite the CS Sfaxien supporters’ rowdy cheering, the game ended in a scoreless tie.
