In a recent survey conducted by the UK security training company “Get Licensed,” Doha was named among the top 10 most secure tourist destinations in the world.

One of the lowest rates worldwide was 0.42 homicides per 100,000 people, according to the data.

Doha was named one of the safest places for “solo women travellers” by Holidu last year.

Doha was the only location in the area to make the list of 50 of the safest cities for women to travel alone, according to a UK-based search engine for vacation rentals.
