Heads up, Qatar! The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) is playing it safe, issuing an advisory in anticipation of a dust storm. Schools, parents, and students are being urged to take precautions and minimize outdoor fun to ensure everyone stays healthy and sound.
The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has released a statement urging schools, parents, and students to be careful. With weather forecasts predicting dusty conditions, they’re advising everyone to take necessary precautions and cut back on outdoor activities. The Ministry emphasized following the safety guidelines from the Health and Safety Administration to keep everyone safe.
The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) chimed in, noting that the Arabian Peninsula is seeing scattered dust storms. These storms are expected to hit Qatar soon. QMD also warned that these conditions could seriously reduce visibility, so everyone should be extra cautious.
