Hamad International Airport Unveils Stylish New Uniforms For Customer Service Team

Hamad International Airport (DOH) has unveiled a brand-new uniform for its customer service team, marking another milestone in its commitment to enhancing the passenger experience. The launch comes as the airport celebrates its 10th anniversary, reinforcing its focus on growth, service excellence, and innovation.

A Fusion of Fashion and Functionality

The new uniform, now worn by over 350 customer service professionals, was the result of a creative collaboration with Fashion Trust Arabia. Qatari designer Sheikha Zulfa Al Thani won the competition to design the uniform, presenting a modern, dynamic, and practical look inspired by Hamad International Airport’s iconic logo.

Abdulaziz Abdulla Al-Mass, Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications at Hamad International Airport, emphasized the significance of this launch:

“This milestone marks a significant evolution for Hamad International Airport’s brand. Our customer service team, who are the face of our airport, are dedicated to meeting passengers’ needs and enhancing their travel experience. The new uniform is designed to foster engagement and leave a lasting impression on our ever-growing customer base.”

Enhancing Passenger Experience

Designed to be approachable and easily recognizable, the uniform ensures that passengers can quickly identify customer service representatives within the expansive airport terminal. This change is part of a broader transformation, which also includes standardized training and development programs aimed at strengthening customer engagement.

Hamad International Airport’s diverse customer service team, representing over 40 nationalities and speaking more than 50 languages, plays a crucial role in assisting travelers. To further enhance service, the airport provides comprehensive support through information desks, a dedicated contact center, and innovative live video assistance.

As Hamad International Airport continues to expand, it remains committed to improving the travel experience. In 2024, the airport set a new record by serving 52.7 million passengers. With its ongoing expansion plans and new airline partnerships, the airport is poised to welcome even more travelers in the coming years.
