Qatar has said previously it protects workers by prohibiting outdoor work between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. from June 1st until mid-September.
But sadly, not every company adheres to these guidelines, compromising their workers as a result. In response, Qatar has launched a new service.

The government has further stated that the calls will be treated in confidence, that no personal information will be sought, and that the company will not be made aware of the complainant.
