Farah Makhlouf

Some things are operated a bit differently during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Stores open at different times than usual, certain outlets close for the month, and the working hours are shorter.

His Excellency Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Sulaiti issued a circular determining the working hours during the blessed month of Ramadan for ministries, government agencies and public institutions.

During Ramadan, civil employees will work five hours a day, starting from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm
