Get ready! Qatar Calendar House, in collaboration with Al-Ajari Scientific Center in Kuwait, announced that Ramadan 2025 is set to begin on Saturday, March 1 based on astronomical calculations.

Experts say the crescent moon will be visible on Friday, February 28, at 3:45 AM Doha and Kuwait time, setting 32 minutes after sunset—making it possible to spot in the evening sky.
But hold on! The final call comes from the Crescent Sighting Committee at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, which will confirm the official start date.
