Qatar Charity’s ‘Mobile Iftar’ Provides 60,000 Meals To Fasting Drivers

Qatar Charity's 'Mobile Iftar' provides 60,000 beneficiaries with ready-to-eat meals on the road

Qatar Charity (QC) is making Ramadan easier for fasting drivers with its ‘Mobile Iftar’ project. As part of its Giving Lives On campaign, QC distributes 2,000 ready-to-eat meals daily, reaching 60,000 beneficiaries by the end of the month.

Convenient Iftar on the Go

Meals are handed out 15 minutes before Maghrib at key traffic signals, including Al Murkhiya, The Mall, Al Rayyan, Abdullah Abdul Ghani, Gulf, and Sheraton. Two metro stations also receive distributions daily, ensuring commuters can break their fast on time.

Community Spirit and Gratitude

The project thrives on community support. Qatar Charity thanks donors for their generosity, praying their good deeds are rewarded.

With this initiative, QC continues its tradition of spreading kindness and ensuring no one breaks their fast alone during Ramadan.
