The report assessed stress levels across four main areas:

  • Work-related stress: Qatar scored 94.23
  • Financial stress: A high score of 93.46
  • Social and family stress: 80.08

The survey, conducted from December 2024 to January 2025, highlighted Monaco as the least stressed country worldwide. In Asia, Singapore and Macao ranked first and second, respectively.

Qatar’s outstanding scores reflect its focus on creating a balanced lifestyle. World-class healthcare, financial stability, and a safe environment contribute to the well-being of its residents. This recognition underscores Qatar’s success in promoting a stress-free way of life.
