Qatar University Has Jumped Up In Rankings To World’s Top 200

After moving up to position 173 in the most recent international rankings, Qatar University has officially entered the top 200 universities in the world.

According to the QS World University Rankings 2023, Qatar University has attained top rankings in the Arab world

The ranking of Qatar University in the QS World Rankings 2024 has significantly improved, rising 35 spots from its previous position of 208.

This year’s QS World Rankings added three new factors: sustainability, employment prospects, and the size of the institute’s global research network. These indicate recent academic advancements by the institution as well as its efforts to address practical issues and have a positive impact on a global level.

The academic offerings of Qatar University have also been acknowledged in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023. The institution has won top honours in the Arab world, taking the top spot in the fields of Sports Science and Theology, Divinity, and Religion.

Regionally, third place has been earned by Law and Legal Studies, Environmental Sciences, Accounting and Finance, and Social Sciences and Management.

The topics that Qatar University offers have also achieved rankings in the top 10 in the Arab world, with some even reaching the top 50 and top 200 globally.
