Six Men Were Arrested For Stealing Cash & Gold Worth Over QAR 1.5 Million
On November 24th, the Ministry of Interior declared that six people had been taken into custody by the Criminal Investigation Department for stealing from homes in different residential zones.
With permission from the Public Prosecution, the people’s homes were searched; cash totaling QR 1,288,000 and gold valued at QR 300,000 were discovered there. Additionally, the instruments used to carry out the theft were discovered and seized.
The accused parties have acknowledged the accusations and have been forwarded to the relevant prosecution for additional legal proceedings.
