1. 3rd Souq Waqif Honey Exhibition
Approximately 80 local outlets, either Qatari farms or local companies, are participating in the 2020 Honey Exhibition, in an effort to enhance their regional and international presence. Their main aim is to close deals and strategic partnerships in the field while making sure that their product meets the highest standards of quality and taste.
According to the General Supervisor of the Honey Exhibition, Khalid Saif Al Suwaidi, participation this year increased – 37 companies will be attending in comparison to 20 that participated last year.

3. Amir Cup 2020
The Amir Cup 2020 Round of 16 matches will be held this February. A total of 900,372 spectators have attended the matches during the past 10 years, according to Qatar Football Association (QFA) officials.
The teams participating have been split into two groups of eight.
Al Sadd will take on Al Kharaitivat in the opening day. It’s important to highlight that Al Sadd has won the tournament 16 times.

4. Nemr Comedy Show- The Future Is Now
Nemr, the Lebanese/American Stand-Up Comedian will be performing in Doha on February 6, as part of his global tour. Nemr’s success stretches out from the USA to the Middle East with more than 5,000 people attending each one of his shows.

7. National Sports Day Events
There are various events taking place around Doha to celebrate the National Sports Day on February 11. There is a plethora of activities for everyone at the Local Circuit Sports Club, the Museum of Illusions Doha, the Marsa Malaz Kempinski, Aspire Park and more.

8. Nile Festival 2020
The Nile Festival is coming to Doha for the first time ever this February! The popular festival will be presenting the rich and vibrant music of the Nile countries to Qatar audiences and aims to become the biggest African Festival of its kind in GCC region.
The musical performances come from Sudan, Ethiopia and Kenya with popular artists participating; such as the Ethiopian rising star, Helen Berhe and the ‘King of Sudanese music’, Kamal Tarbas.

9. Doha’s Disco Fever
A Disco Fever night will rock the stage on February 13 at W Doha! Organized by The Official Elvis Presley Fan Club of Qatar, it aims to support Qatar’s Fur Friends in Need at the Qatar Animal Welfare Society.
This year’s theme will be ‘Disco Fever- Let’s Recall The Good Times, The Memories That Last’ and the music will celebrate the era of Soul, Disco, Funk, Pop, Rock’n’Roll, Boogie Woogie, Blues and the best of the 80’s and 90’s.
Guests are invited to ‘Dress to Impress’ and the top 3 Best-Dressed will win prizes.
Profits from the Disco Night will support the non-profit charitable organization, QAWS- Qatar Animal Welfare Society, which is dedicated to supporting abandoned animals in Doha.
