Heads up, Doha drivers! There are some important road closures to be aware of on Tuesday, 5 December 2023.

Corniche Road Closure

The Corniche Road will be closed from the Sharq Intersection (Ras Bu Abboud) towards Sheraton. If you’re heading towards Doha Port, take the road leading to Rafah Intersection (formerly Sanaa) and use alternate routes.

The Ras Bu Abboud Road will also be closed, so if you’re coming from Al Wakra towards Hamad International Airport Bridge, your usual route is off-limits. Instead, use the Sabah Al Ahmad Corridor road to reach the airport.

G-Ring Road Closure

Traffic will be diverted and closed on G-ring Road for those coming from Al Wakra towards Hamad International Airport Bridge.

Remember, these closures are in place for a reason – so please follow the diversions and be patient. We’ll all be back to cruising the streets of Doha in no time.
