The Ministry of Municipality, in collaboration with Ashghal (Public Works Authority), has completed a major renovation of Dahl Al Hamam Park — one of Doha’s most beloved green spaces. The goal? To bring it up to world-class standards while keeping it welcoming for everyone.

Park got a brand new look

According to Assistant Undersecretary for Public Services Affairs, Eng. Abdullah Ahmed Al Karani, the revamp reflects the ministry’s mission to enhance public spaces across Qatar. Public Parks Director Mohammed Ibrahim Al Sada added that the park now represents a modern model for inclusive, accessible public parks — designed with all age groups and backgrounds in mind.

This project is part of the Ministry’s 2024–2030 strategy and aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030 — focused on expanding green spaces, improving quality of life, and building a more sustainable future.

Loads of cool new stuff added

There’s a lot more to enjoy now, especially if you’re visiting with kids, friends or extended fam:

• Four dedicated children’s play zones 
  Fun, safe, and designed for little ones to burn off energy!

• An outdoor amphitheater with 900 seats 
  Perfect for catching live shows, cultural events, or weekend performances.

• A celebration space and multipurpose hall 
  Hosting a family event? These new areas have you covered.

• Jogging track & fitness zones 
  For visitors who want to squeeze in some movement while the kids play.

• Basketball court, 3 F&B kiosks and a full café 
  So there’s something for everyone to do, eat, and enjoy.

• Family seating areas and shaded spots 
  Ideal for relaxing with a picnic or catching up with loved ones.

With all these new features, Dahl Al Hamam Park is officially back as one of the best places in Doha to relax, recharge and enjoy the outdoors!
