Expo 2023 Doha has surpassed the 650,000 visitor mark since its opening on October 2nd, proving that curiosity and a thirst for knowledge are alive and well.

Expo 2023 Doha is expected to attract over 3 million visitors before it closes on March 31

This global gathering of nations has attracted a diverse crowd, from eager school students to seasoned experts, all eager to explore the wonders of sustainability, Qatar’s future plans, and the rich tapestry of cultures and customs on display.

The Gulf Engineering Union’s pavilion stands as a beacon of innovation, showcasing the latest trends in sustainability and techniques in the farming and irrigation sectors. With four distinct areas, including an exclusive space for engineers to exchange experiences, the pavilion is a testament to the power of collaboration and the pursuit of a greener future.

In the educational area, visitors can delve into the fascinating world of engineering techniques in developing agriculture, from smart irrigation methods to vertical farming. The use of robots in farm management takes center stage, highlighting the intersection of technology and agriculture.

But it’s not all work and no play. The pavilion also features entertainment and sports areas, ensuring that visitors of all ages can find something to pique their interest.

More than 80% of the expo’s pavilions are now open, with a number of the participating countries only taking part in the expo for a few months. This dynamic mix of temporary and permanent exhibits ensures that there’s always something new to discover.

The exhibition also offers a wealth of intellectual nourishment, with lectures by local universities and seminars organized on the event’s sidelines. These events provide a platform for experts to share their insights and engage in thought-provoking discussions.

As the first expo to be held in the Middle East and North Africa region, it is a testament to the region’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and cultural exchange.
