In an interview with Qatar TV, H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, and as per the recent announcement by H.E Buthaina Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Social Development and Family, it’s confirmed that there’s “no truth” to the Friday workday rumors and emphasized that the current workweek structure remains unchanged and that the Bureau is simply studying ways to enhance work efficiency — not extend it.
