The two-week auction runs daily from 3:15 pm to 6:30 pm at the Impound Yard on Street 52, Industrial Area. Want to check out the cars before you bid? You can do inspections on September 10 and 11 during the morning. To join in, you’ll need a bidding card, which comes with a QR3,000 refundable deposit. This card is your ticket to place bids on any car during the auction.

Payments, rules and what to expect

Here’s the scoop: if you win a bid, you’ll need to pay 20% of the price on the spot and that’s non-refundable. Any payment over QR50,000 must be done via bank transfer (no cash allowed). The rest of the payment is due within 24 hours, or the car goes back on the block and you lose your deposit. And remember, all vehicles are sold “as is” — so no returns, no complaints, and no changing the name on the receipt unless the full payment has been made. Don’t forget your QID for registration!
