Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, Minister of Interior and Commander of Lekhwiya, honoured individuals who stood shoulder-to-shoulder with authorities during two major incidents, the Israeli attack on Doha in September and the Al Wakrah Port fire last week.
