Why summer centers?

MOEHE recognized that the start of the school year can get super hectic, with crowded schools and packed offices. So, it opened two dedicated centers to handle registrations and transport arrangements early. The goal? To reduce stress, speed things up, and make sure every student is ready to roll on day one of classes. Plus, these centers have tech-savvy staff and organized teams to make the whole process quick and smooth.

Where and how it works

These centers are at Al Ahnaf Bin Qais Preparatory School (men) and Ahmad Mansour Primary School (women), open Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 2pm. Parents who pre-registered got SMS notifications through the “Maaref” portal to schedule appointments and complete documents.

The staff includes leadership, registration, and admin teams who handle student info with top professionalism and confidentiality. Plus, an electronic survey and awareness campaign are coming soon to make sure everyone’s voice is heard and parents know about these helpful centers!
