Earlier this month, Bahrain and Qatar launched the first-ever ferry service between the two countries. This new ferry connects Saadah Marina in Bahrain to Al Ruwais Port in Qatar, offering a unique way to travel across the Gulf. Ticket bookings were available through the Masar app, but currently, no trips are listed.

The ferry is on hold due to inclement weather in the region. For safety reasons, trips have been temporarily suspended, and bookings through the Masar app are unavailable. Although this may be disappointing, safety remains the priority.
Customer service agents from Masar have confirmed that the ferry will resume once conditions are deemed safe. This is just a temporary pause, not the end of the journey.

The service will return once the weather improves. Updates will be provided through the Masar app, offering the latest news on when it’s safe to travel again. It’s only a matter of time before the ferry ride is back in action.
