Secure Identity Verification 

To ensure the authenticity of attestations, companies must utilize a smart card for identity verification through the National Authentication System (NAS). This robust system verifies the identity of the establishment representative, ensuring that only authorized individuals can proceed with the attestation process.

Flexibility is key to the attestation process, and the Ministry has taken this into account. The worker’s license under consideration must be flexible enough to accommodate the specialized contractual clauses, allowing for a seamless attestation procedure.

In a continuous effort to digitize the labor sector, the Ministry has also enhanced its digital work contract attestation services. A unified digital platform now allows private sector employees to electronically verify, approve, or reject the terms of their contracts, minimizing manual processes and enhancing efficiency.

Additionally, a new digital service has been launched for the certification of household employee contracts, eliminating the need for physical visits to government service centers. This further streamlines the process and provides greater convenience for both employers and employees.
