Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s latest film, Tiger 3, has been banned in Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar due to its portrayal of Islamic countries and characters in a negative light.
The film, which was released worldwide on Sunday, is a sequel to the 2017 blockbuster Tiger Zinda Hai. It stars Khan as Tiger, a RAW agent who goes undercover in Pakistan to protect his family and country.
According to reports, the film’s antagonist, played by Emraan Hashmi, is the leader of a global terror organization that depicts Islamic countries in a negative light.
The ban on Tiger 3 has sparked outrage among fans in the affected countries. Many have taken to social media to criticize the decision, which has seen no VOX cinema branches release the movie as of yet.
Will this decision be overturned? We guess we’ll have to wait and see!
