Like for all places tried in Doha, service was attentive and caring. The menu is very much continental, offering options spacing from healthy salads (severals) to meat and fish. The dessert section is very original, featuring homemade pecan tart, strawberry tiramisu, and some local dessert. I took tortellini with shrimps and tomato basil sauce, while my friend opted for salmon broccoli and wild rice. Portions were generous and the taste of food was great. Fish was perfectly cooked, and the sauce of tortellini was really tasty. The price was also okay. The cherry on top were the mocktails, prepared with great care and attention to details. The lavender one had a nice citrus flavour, and the ginger lemon one was very balanced as well. For starters we had, turkey croquette with cranberry chutney, sea food chowder & Brussels sprout with burrata salad. I loved how the ingredients of the salad were all complimenting each other in my mouth 😅
For the mains, we had roasted sea bream & Ny striploin. We’re not huge fans of eating sea food but the sea bream dish caught us off guard & to think that it was made by an american restaurant, it was really good! For the steak, it was okay. Cooked just how we like it.
For the dessert- they served mini pecan tart & a yule log, it was okay. Nothing really special but we enjoyed it.

The biggest issue for us was that the restaurant was only a few meters away from the bar area, and in the bar area, smoking is aloud, and the smell soon drifted into the restaurant which was not enjoyable when you are eating your food. We went earlier in the evening, and when we arrived, the bar area was quiet, as we did not smell the smoke when we walked through it to get to the restaurant. So, we put our heads together and fathered a short trip to Nobu Doha, a fine Asian rooftop bar and restaurant at the end of an isthmus on the coast of the Persian Gulf. We were greeted by friendly doormen, and carried our bags to the reception where some nice ladies took our info and carryons. At the rooftop, we were greeted by yet another friendly host who showed us to our table overlooking the vast skyline of downtown Doha. It was a sight to behold. Every building different from the next and with a different color scheme and architecture reflecting off the calm desert sea. The amputated pyramid lit up in neon color arrangements really captured my sense of wonder. It felt like being in a Drake music video for several minutes, up until we saw the menu and realized we couldn’t have everything on it.
We did in fact order a few items, such as some raw fish tacos, and a salad (turned out to be my favorite). We also ordered a type of Sake I could barely pronounce to cool off a little before the long wait at the airport.
The music was nice, a blend of house and Arabian atmospheric music. The clientele seemed mostly locals eating inside and tourists like us on the rooftop.
By the end of the night I found myself raving about the Boston tea party and its implications to today’s global economy and finally realized it was time to go.Price : 500 QAR

The place is cozy and easy to reach with valet parking too.
The service was generally amazing, although only few staff members were there. We made a reservation beforehand.
Coming to the food, everything we tried had a simple but great mix of flavors, they also accommodated our special request to have some of the cold appetizers with cooked fish as some of our party didn't eat raw fish. The whole table agreed that the shrimp on crispy rice was the best dish. The crispy fish tacos were amazing too, although very simple but very delicious.
