The AFC Annual Awards are back in town, baby! After a four-year hiatus, the most prestigious awards in Asian football will be held in Doha, Qatar on October 31st.<\/p>\n

Some of the biggest names in the game are nominated, including Qatar’s Almoez Ali, Saudi Arabia’s Salem Al Dawsari, and Australia’s Mathew Leckie.<\/p>\n

Ali is a two-time AFC Player of the Year nominee and a key player for Qatar, while Al Dawsari is a veteran striker who has won everything there is to win with club and country. Leckie is a rising star who had a breakout season for Australia in 2022\/23.<\/p>\n

It’s going to be a close race for AFC Player of the Year, but whoever wins, it’s sure to be a deserving recipient. These guys are the best of the best in Asia, and they’re all vying for the ultimate individual accolade.<\/p>\n
