One of Dubai Municipality’s most ambitious projects that celebrates the teachings of Quran, ‘Al Quran Park’ is opening to the public today.

This brand new attraction is based in Al Khawaneej and will be inaugurated at 3pm on Friday.

The entry to the park is FREE for all visitors

With the aim to showcase the teachings of Islam to people of all backgrounds, the Quranic park also educates visitors in the miracles of the Holy Quran.

At 64-hectares, it’s an impressive structure, with numerous different spaces including an Islamic garden, two children’s play areas, an outdoor theatre, and a cave of miracles.

Apart from that, it also features fountains, a desert garden, a palm oasis, a lake, a running track, a cycling track and a sandy walking track.

The park also consists of 12 gardens containing the plants mentioned in the Quran, as well as hi-tech trees containing solar panels, outlets for charging mobile phones and Wi-Fi systems.
