The 38-year-old Indian woman, Neetu Jain Kawad, didn’t survive the journey home after leaving Dubai in an air ambulance on Monday.
While heading to a desert safari, Neetu and her husband had gotten in a mini bus that was heading towards Sharjah, which collided with a truck on Emirates road last month.
The crash in January caused the death of her husband and inflicted injuries to Neetu, who was later flown from Dubai to the South Indian city, Bengaluru, but passed away before reaching home.
The couple leave behind two kids – a nine-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy.
The 23-year-old Pakistani who drove the minibus, was killed on the spot.
A three-months pregnant Moroccan wife of an Italian tourist, gave into her injuries while the husband survived with minor injuries.
And a Chinese couple walked away with minor wounds.
