This weekend residents of Barsha Heights spotted the familiar orange paid parking signs appearing throughout the area which can only mean one thing: paid parking is coming to Barsha Heights.
Signage showing ‘A’ signifies a charge of AED4 per hour although the Roads and Transport (RTA) authority have yet to comment when the charges will come into effect.
Barsha Heights is one of the final local areas with free parking still available.
