There is some serious great news for local content creators in the region.

So OSN has been shaking-up the region’s licensing and distribution model with the premiere of the first season of regionally curated content now live on ASLI.

ASLI means ‘original’ or genuine– in Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Farsi, Turkish, Malaysian, Swahili & Indonesian

And ASLI, which is free for everyone to view on WAVO, is OSN’s latest digital offering and season one will feature nearly 40 hours of curated content, with new material to be added regularly.

Expect content that ranges across multi-genre, spanning adventures, lifestyle, travel, culture, comedy, music, audio & podcasts, short-films, web series, anime, feature films and so much more.

And that’s not all – ASLI has also announced the launch of the ASLI Studio at the OSN headquarters in Dubai Media City

This new 24/7 facility is a place for all creative to come together to film, edit and collaborate on content production.

The ASLI Studio features a working space, shoot and test corner, brainstorming booths, a ready-to-shoot living room, equipment trolleys, a majlis, a live music room and live streaming facilities, alongside production and editing booths.

Pssht, the ASLI Studio is exclusively for members and will be free to access for a limited time

There’s an introductory price for non-members; AED80 for 24 hours, AED500 for one week or AED1,200 for one month
