Dubai Airport officials have informed the public to plan alternative routes on their way to the airport.

According to officials, the exit lane from Terminal 1 all the way till the Garhoud bridge will be closed for four hours, starting from 4am, to put up road signs.

Alternative roads that could be used are:

• Following the signs to Rashidiya, then take loop behind Le Meridian Airport Hotel onto Casablanca St and take a U-turn at the airport road signal towards Garhoud.
• Or, drive towards Rashidya and follow signs to Terminal 1, then left onto Casablanca St at the main signal.
