If you think we (as a city) only brag about having the tallest, the biggest, the first…then that’s not true. We’re proud about the second, the third and any other spot too (as long as it keeps us in the top ten). And perhaps that’s why we’re happy hearing that we’ve been ranked eighth on the list of top ten cities for green building. The white paper, published by management consultancy firm Solidiance, aims to assess and compare the performance of the top ten global cities with regards to green buildings of course. Cities are rated across four categories that are city-wide green building landscape, building efficiency and performance, green building policies and targets, and green city culture and environment. Paris took the top spot followed by Singapore and London.
