Nothing has been confirmed yet but Dubai Municipality might be considering implementing feeding stations for stray cats.

Dubai Municipality is currently studying the possibility of introducing these feeding stations

According to Gulf News, more than 1,000 participants will be covered in the online survey before a decision is made.

The Municipality has, however, confirmed that the number of stray cats and the informal feeding methods adopted by many in the city to feed them is becoming a huge problem.

There are currently tens of thousands of stray cats in Dubai and work is being done to find the most hygienic and effective way to deal with the issue.
